Polymarket runs on Polygon. Moving funds in or out means moving them between networks, which is why the 0.25% applies in both directions.
ChatterPay charges nothing to place an order. Polymarket applies its own protocol fee at match time. That fee is set by Polymarket, varies by market, and does not go to ChatterPay.
